W A R R A N T Y
Profile accessories, cases, bags and stands as presented in the Profile catalogue are warranted to the retail purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage will commence on the date of retail purchase and will be valid for one year. The original purchaser must provide a copy of the original sales receipt purchase to the Music Store. All warranty issues will be handled by the music store from which the product was purchased and the original purchaser must provide a copy of the original sales receipt. Profile reserves the right to repair or replace, at its discretion, any Profile product that is deemed to be defective.

W A R R A N T Y   L I M I T A T I O N S
This warranty does not cover any products that have been altered or modified or which have been damaged through misuse, negligence, accidents or improper operation. Normal wear and tear, sound, plating, springs, straps, cables, etc. and damages in shipping and transportation are also not covered.

This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, either written or implied and is subject to the limitations contained herein. Under the terms of the agreement Profile accepts no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages of any nature associated with the use of Profile products.
